You can finish the fight you had with the Glintstone Dragon Adula who rewards you with the Adula’s Moonblade sorcery.

The much coveted Dark Moon Greatsword is obtained after completing Ranni’s quest line and talking to her in the Cathedral.

Various smaller dragons roam the area who reward a nice amount of runes as well as dragon hearts.
