Description
The Bloodstained Dagger scales primarily with Strength and to a lesser extent Dexterity. It is a good Weapon for short range melee combat. This dagger is paired with the Quickstep skill to help gain an advantage in position. This potentially can avoid damage while provide an opening to follow up with a combo of attacks. Furthermore this particular dagger passively builds bleed.
Lore
Dagger with a bloodstained blade. Afflicts targets with blood loss. As blood darkened the dagger through repeated slashing and stabbing, its blade only grew sharper and harder.

- Dropped by Demihuman chief/Demihuman assassin sleeping before the wooden bridge leading to the minor eldtree in the Weeping Peninsula.

- This weapon can be infused with Ashes of War.
- Bloodstained Dagger can be upgraded by using Smithing Stones
- Killing the sleeping assassin and teleporting to a nearby grace site seems to increase the chance of a drop.
- Combining the normal bleed with another ash of war can allow you to build up multiple effects.
