- This weapon can be looted off of the large Oracle Envoy located early on in the East Capital Rampart in Leyndell, Royal Capital.

- Skill: Bubble Shower
- Skill Description: Blow on the horn to release a spume of magic bubbles. The bubbles float gently before raining down on the target.
- This weapon can/cannot be infused with Ashes of War and can/cannot be buffed with Magic and Consumables
- Envoy’s Long Horn can be upgraded by using Somber Smithing Stones
