Dry Rock Gulch, the Bloodworm Queen has more health than most of its children. It is a one-of-a-kind enemy, and will not respawn.
Locations
Exclusively found in the depths of 
Mad Mulligan’s Minecart Coaster, and protected by several 
Bloodworm Larva.
