Dr McDermont regrets creating the uncontrollable Gatorclaws using the Nuka-Gen Replicator. He urges anyone who hears his message to find his or Dr. Hein’s passcode to shut down the Replicator before it’s too late. With his final recording, he begs for forgiveness.

Given to the Sole Survivor by Cito soon after beginning the Safari Adventure side quest.
