Inside the Pettlewing Forest dungeon. Only spawns with Area Rank 5+.

This Prairie Dragon will spawn alongside a Napdragon as part of the “Dragon Dare” challenge after you mine the Dragon’s Claw and cut down the Great Dragontree. This challenge appears northwest of Googlolly’s Tower, but only if Scorchrock Mountain is Area Rank 5+. This was added in Patch 1.4.
