The recipe for the Axe of Time (Carpenter Life Tool) can be found in the Pettlewing Forest dungeon, found in the Pettlewing Woods region of Ginormosia. Head through the Pettlewing Forest until you find a maze, then exit the direction the weathervane points until you reach Glehd Shrine. This recipe is behind the shrine.
