How to Obtain / Card Location
To obtain the 
Twin Brain card in Final Fantasy VII: Rebirth during Chapter 11, players must reach Nibelheim, which is automatically visited as part of the main story. Inside Tifa’s House, also known as the Treatment Center, players can challenge the player named Dale to a card game. Dale can be found upstairs in Tifa’s House. Winning the game against Dale will reward players with the Twin Brain card.
