Black Widow Angry

Description

Legendary killer spider in classic black and red. Identifiable by the hourglass marking that indicates your time is at a hand. Found in areas of the upper yard. Drops spider venom, black widow fangs, and spider chunks upon death.

2023 update

In the Maker it or break it update of November 2023, the following changes were introduced the Black Widow.

• Resistant to Spicy, Mint, and Salty
• Weak to Sour
• Neutral to all other damage types
• No longer immune to poison damage
• Now has 2 new attacks in its arsenal
• Can shoot a ranged web at the player, which spawns a black widowling
• Can consume a living black widowling to heal and temporarily increase its attack speed
• Wave creatures take even more damage from turret attacks.

How to Find this Creature

• One Black Widow can be found in the Upper Grasslands at the following map marker. Destroy the cracked wall using an explosive item and the drop down, claiming the +500 Raw science. This will land you directly in the Black Widow Lair.

The other locations are also in the south of the Castle Moldorc, below the stone steps. There’s more under the Toolbox, with its entrance in the nearby trench. And then there’s another deeper into the Undershed Lab area.
