Find the Lymbic Door in the hilltop ruins above the APC crash site in Senedra.

Find the Lymbic Rod - Grief, Z Lymbic Rod in Vyssa Hills in the Watcher’s Rest, and Lymbic Rod - Grief, V from the mine near the Watcher’s Nest (you’ll need the Miner’s Key to access the mine). With both rods in hand, return to the door.

Follow the road across the bridge northeast from the Timeloop. At the intersection, leave the path and go east to find four obelisks and some enemies. (South of The Hermit’s shack) Coming here will unlock the mystery.
