Read the computer terminal in Entry Hall in the National Library to get a code. Go to the locker room and input the code (5055), then grab the items inside, including the 
Keys - Car (Lethe). Go to the Shipping Dock where the APC is and check the east corner for the car. Use the keys to open the trunk
