Whim Balloon (Sky)

North-western sky. Take a left when you enter the sky. Two on the antenna of a bee-shaped balloon with balloon-riding Esselings nearby.

Western sky. Whimflutter atop a hot air balloon north-east from a dog-shaped balloon.

Southern sky. Near Styleshaped Balloons Midway. Open the glowing chest and confront the Esselings, including a dangerous Grudge Bag.

South-western sky. Atop the southernmost balloon. There are balloon-riding Esselings there.

Southern sky. Atop a hot air balloon above the ship balloon. Smash the glowing crate, then chase after the Whim Balloon. One of the more annoying ones, argh.

Eastern sky. On the rear right leg of the north dog-shaped balloon (dog’s POV).

Eastern sky. Atop the easternmost big balloon. There are Esselings there.

North-eastern sky. On a bee-shaped balloon. Touch the patchwork Whim Balloon, then collect the small balloons within the time limit.

Northern sky. Atop the big blue balloon north from Styleshaped Balloons Summit. You can reach from the bunny-shaped balloons further north.

Central sky. At the spire of the castle-shaped balloon.
