Blinding Rune
Description
Hold to aim and summon a 
Blinding Rune at the target location. After a short delay, all enemies facing the rune within range have their vision obstructed. The farther enemies are from the Blinding Rune, the shorter the vision obstruction lasts.
Lore
“I have no money, only a treasure that can summon the sun,” said an old, blind 
Seer when he was being robbed. He threw out a Blinding Rune, and after hearing cries of “The sun really has come!”, he calmly walked away, leaving behind the two foolish thieves who were now even blinder than himself.
