Exotic Nibelsnarf

Description

Upon noticing a curious spattering of round patches throughout
a particular area of the Glacial Caps, I decided to investigate.
As expected, a monster was lurking nearby.

This monster lurks underground until the very moment it attacks its
prey. I foolishly attempted to frighten it, but it whipped up
a cloud of dust and snapped at me.

The Exotic Nibelsnarf resides underground and attacks prey detected
by sound. A necklace was left behind at the scene of the hunt.
Some brave adventurer is surely responsible for these notes.
