This Wisp can be found overlooking the Fabled Spring in the east corner.

As you enter the Ancient Quarry, the Wisp can be located on top of a stone pillar. You will need Sneasler to climb up to reach it.

Just east/northeast of Snowfields Camp up a small cliff in Whiteout Valley.

Just west of the Whiteout Valley text and north of the Snowfields Camp. Climb up a high cliff to reach this wisp. It will be easier to spot at night.

In a little nook at the end of a frozen bit of river at the bottom of Avalanche Slopes.

On a little mound right on top of the Avalanche Slopes area text.

On one of the highest cliffs in Avalanche Slopes. You can see Wisp 90 from here at night.

In the ice fields of Avalugg’s Legacy there are multiple holes that lead to underground caverns. One of these on the southern part of this area will lead to a Wisp. You can find a Zorua at the end of the cave with the wisp inside.

Just west of the Icepeak Arena fast travel point up on a clifftop.

On the left side of the waterfall at the bottom are some rocks your Pokémon can smash. Throw a Pokémon at the rock blocking the door so you can access the little mountain cave with the Wisp.

Inside Snowpoint Temple after the first puzzle door is open. Turn left into a little corner to find the Wisp.

Directly behind Galaxy Hall.

Behind the craftworks where you can buy crafting materials near the water wheel.

Head behind the farm on the west to find this Wisp, just behind where Kichi is.

There are four buildings clustered together on the western side of Jubilife, this Wisp can be found in the center just in front of a log pile.

As part of the initial request from Vessa, she asks you to collect this Wisp after you’ve received the Odd Keystone.

Head down to Prelude Beach and you’ll find this Wisp just in front of a tree.
