Abra appears on the rooftops in Wild Zone 5. These can be accessed by going to the northwest corner of the zone and climbing the ladder up.
Abra will teleport around the different rooftops if you fail to sneak up on it, so if it disappears, check one of the other rooftops.
234758. Lumiose City
Located on the rooftop. You will generally find a few of these on the various rooftops that surround the zone, however, if you spook them, they will teleport to another roof.
235254. Lumiose City
Can be found on the highest point of the Magenta Section 6 rooftops.
235604. Lumiose City
A couple of Abras can be found by the crates at the bottom of the ladder.
235702. Lumiose City
Can spawn on the small rood at the top of the ladder on the Rouge Sector 6 rooftops.
