Fusion Cell

Under the hood of the sparking car outside Bar 99. Attack the front of the car to access it.

Found inside a crate on the ground floor of the Parking Tower, accessible via descending all the way from the rooftop camp.

Facing the Parking Tower Exit camp, take a right, then left at the crashed bus. Follow the road all the way to the end, and you’ll find a sparking car. Attack the hood to access the Fusion Cell inside.

From the Memory Tower camp, climb up the handholds and head down the collapsed tunnel. In the monument plaza, head down the staircase by the “WARNING” sign, leading underground. You’ll find a locked gate that requires the passcode found on a corpse in this area. The Fusion Cell is behind the gate.

Activate the laser on the upper floor of the lab, then complete the puzzle on the lower level.

Found inside the passcode-locked Tetrastar Crate in the mid-level of the Underground Sewer are. You need the Passcode from the kneeling corpse on the lower level to open it.

From the Fusion Drive room, climb up the shaft with the handholds, then climb down the ladder you find in the tunnels above. Turn right and hug the wall and go through the first doorway you find. A crate containing the Fusion Cell, and Usable Items, is inside. Watch out for the Naytiba corpse in the doorway that springs to life when you open the crate.
