Objectives

Mann and the Sentinels are troubled over the recent disappearance of a rebel. Search the back alleys of Xion to help them quietly.

The rebel is dead. However, a strange document was discovered on the body. Investigate the mysterious "Ark" facility that was mentioned.

The Ark is locked with a password, but the puzzle-like system can be unlocked. Find the password to open the door and enter the Ark.

The door to the Ark opened. Investigate what is inside and what happened there.

The murdered people have been found. Find more clues inside the Ark.

Discovered horrific stories about deceiving and murdering the citizens of Xion. Alert Mann about it.
Synopsis
The Sentinels protected Xion. They not only dealt with Naytibas, the enemies from the outside, but also enemies from within that harmed the general populace. The recent disappearance of a rebel had caused a huge headache for the Sentinels. Fortunately, they could ask EVE to discreetly conduct an investigation. And so, Captain 
Mann asked her in private to investigate.
The missing Rebel was found dead in a back alley, and a sequence of strange records were discovered. EVE discovered a location called the “Ark” was at the center of everything. The Ark was locked with a passcode, but EVE succeeded in unlocking the door and getting inside.
The Ark was a truly gruesome place. A maniac, who believed the Prophet 
Orcal was deceiving the citizens, had tricked people into entering the Ark before imprisoning and killing them. EVE explained to Mann what she discovered, and he thanked her. So, what actually happened inside? All involved in the incident are dead, so the truth will never be revealed.
