Francis asked you to retrieve his brothers precious Book of Faith. Head to Eidos 7s Silent Street first.

Arrived at the Silent Street. Enter the library in the area nearby.

Discovered a collapsed and ruined library. Look for the Book of Faith here. Its an item with a golden circle engraved on the cover.

Found the Book of Faith with the golden circle. Deliver the brothers belongings to Francis.
Synopsis
Francis is a very devout person who prayed for the Mother’s blessing and asked EVE to help with a special request. He wanted to retrieve the 
Book of Faith, a memento of his brother who wasn’t able to leave Eidos 7.
Francis’s older brother worked as a librarian in Eidos 7, and Francis told EVE that the Book of Faith could be found in the library. It would be easy to find, as it is a unique book with a golden circle engraved on the cover. EVE returned to Eidos 7 and found the book in the library.
However, the verses praising 
Mother Sphere had been erased and replaced with verses about being deceived. EVE was suspicious, as Francis said his brother was an honest follower. When Francis got the Book of Faith, he said his brother would never be so distrustful and asked EVE to forget about it… Only Mother Sphere would know the truth.
