Mutated Defiler
Description
Mutated Defilers hide themselves by using the test subjects on their backs. When you approach, they will spring up and lunge at you.
Mutated 
Defilers will charge at you violently or attempt to grab and devour you. You must be agile if you hope to survive.
Ecological Information
Levoire’s clandestine experiments eventually led to a fatal incident. These Naytibas, who look like giant crickets, were originally scientists who had conducted those experiments. They have been transformed into violent and disgusting monsters and roam the ruined underground facilities without purpose.

Appears in the final phase of the laser-cage battle in the Deteriorated Lobby.

Found in the area beyond the Air Vent, down the ladder at the end.
225503. Abyss Levoire
A Mutated Defiler will make a nuisance of itself on the walkway in the center of the room. The floating platform just before the one on which it stands does not sink when you stand on it, so you can safely deal with the creature from there.
You’ll find another on the walkway at the end of the room, by the exit.
225510. Abyss Levoire
A Mutated Defiler guards the control terminal needed to open the door to the Underground Passage Camp.
