Edict: Invitation to Parlay

Let it be known that our Lord, Knyaz Brencis, wishes to parlay with Coen of Laslea! Coen has commited many crimes, including murder, wanton destruction of property and sowing chaos. In his great wisdom, Knyaz Brencis wants to put a stop to those atrocities and reach a peaceful resolution. The Knyaz demands Coen show his face! He is to come to Shrike’s Crag after sunset, and light a signal atop the watchtower. Coen is to come alone. A safe passage shall be granted to him to and from Shrike’s Crag.
