We have confirmed that supply caches are hidden throughout the valley. This seems to be how the manumits move combat resources among themselves, notably silver arrowheads and provisions intended for use against our beloved knyaz. Of course, all contraband was confiscated and moved to the storehouse in Svartrau.
Recommendation:
All patrols operating in the valley are to keep on the lookout for additional caches. So far, these have been found in collapsed cellars, dry wells, and hollows beneath stone markers. Any signs of rebel movement or unusual ground disturbance must be reported immediately. Do not engage alone: these sites may be guarded.
