The following changes are to be made to the next liquor shipment, as instructed by Boyar Bakir:
Boar’s Back – Add two extra barrels. Deliver directly into the hands of one Sever, in tribute to his triumph at the previous Lunar Tournament.
Rockfalls, Uriash Village – Double the usual allotment. Boyar Bakir plans a visit and desires to witness ‘drunken goats’, as he puts it.
Parlita – Halve the shipment due to reported seditious talk and rebel stirrings. Let it be known: until the traitors are named and surrendered, folk’s cups shall remain half-empty.
Laslea – Strike from the list. The village has been burned down. No shipment needed.
Maragir – Remove the barrels set aside for the woodcutters. They are to be warned: no more drinking on the job!
