Xanthe's Lantern

To obtain the Xanthe’s Laterns required to complete the quest, grab this one first and head back down the stairs to explore the castle.

To claim this lantern, the statue outside of this room must hold a lantern to keep this door open. Without it, the entrance to this room will seal up when you take away this statue’s lantern.

After heading through the locked door on the ground floor, continue through to the room on the right to find Xanthe’s Lantern. Taking it will lock the entrance to the room, but you can head through the hole in the floor to take it back to the castle entrance.
