Prescription.
You must deliver the 
Eyeball Frog to the lab at Lake Hylia within 2 min 30 seconds.
Epona is highly recommended. If you don’t have Epona, you can use the Lost Woods shortcut when you leave Zora’s Domain back to Zora River.
Otherwise, if you run straight to Lake Hylia via Hyrule Field, you can just about make it. But the margin of error is extremely small.
