Elmerson is positioned within the premises of Popla Foothills Skyview Tower. Initially confined below ground level, subsequent to successful extraction, Elmerson is programmed to execute tower maintenance tasks. The operational terminal, hampered by atmospheric humidity, was non-responsive until Subject X promptly rectified the issue.
