In-game Description
This enormous monster is naturally camouflaged as a frozen rock formation. Neither sword nor arrow can pierce its frigid form. Merely touching its frosty body can leave you with severe frostbite, but you may be able to scale it if you use something to thaw its icy exterior. Lives in cold, snowy regions.

You can find one of these bosses in the mountains northeast of 
Selmie’s Spot, in the 
Hebra Mountains region.

Frost Talus boss which at first appears as an immobile block of ice. It will animate as you approach.
You can use fire-based attacks (such as shooting it with 
Fire Fruit) to remove the frosty exterior and weaken the boss.

You’ll find a Frost Talus boss disguised as some chunks of ice here. It will become active as you approach it. You need to hit the stone on its back to damage it.
