In-game Description
These octopus-like monsters live in snowy fields and disguise themselves as grass. When someone wanders by, they spring into action and attack by spitting snowballs.
Tips/Strategy
You should keep moving to avoid the projectiles as you approach the 
Snow Octorok to attack them in melee. Alternatively, attaching 
Keese Eyeballs to your arrows can be useful to hone in on the monster when it emerges.
