On the platform with the Flux Constructer II boss, you can head over to the edge, directly below this island, and find a platform with two frozen balloons. You need to hit it with an arrow, to get it to fly. It will run out of fuel before reaching the island, and so, you will need to spend at least two bars of battery to reach this island. Reaching this chest will award you with an Old Map, highlighting a marker towards the lower middle are in the north west quadrant of the Depth map.

Use the apparatus to swing the island wildly back and forth until the chest lands on top of the bridge.

To reach here, you can swim up the large waterfall west from Rabella Wetlands Skyview Tower using the Zora Armor.

You can use Ultrahand to move the large hovering platforms around, so they’re under the chest.

In the middle part, there’s an apparatus–if you feed it electricity, it will open the gate underneath.

You can either wait for lightning to strike the apparatus (if the roof is blocked, blow it up with Bomb Flowers, for instance). Or use lightning-based weapons, arrows, etc.

Note: In the screenshot, we obtained this before clearing the fog. If you’re also here early, look for an island with two Soldier Constructs.

We suggest rotating the platform so the end with the chest is pointing south, since there’s a lower island over there.

After that, cut the rope with an arrow etc. and the chest should fall safely.
