Chichim Shrine
Description
Chichim Shrine is located inside the 
Ancient Prison Ruins, which is found in a sand pit to the south of Gerudo Town. Make your way through the place, until you pull a third lever (with 
Ultrahand), then go to the dead end and look up to spy an opening. Head through that opening, use Ultrahand to move the stone slabs out of the way in the room with the chest, then pull the hidden lever there to open the way to the shrine.

Inside the Ancient Prison Ruins, accessible via a sand whirpool to the south-east.
You’ll have to navigate a dusty maze full of 
Gibdo foes. If in doubt, follow the direction of the statues.
Remember to use Ultrahand to move the levers, to open the gates.
At the final gate, look up and use 
Ascend to reach an isolated room. Then pull out Ultrahand again to find the final lever.
