Beneath Temple Isle. Enter the 
Entrance to the west and use the 
Eye of Nehaleni to get past an illusory wall.
Deep in the cave, you’ll find several statues and levers. Pull the levers so the statues face the inside of the gazebo, and when the floor opens, you’ll find a corpse holding a 
Laboratory key.
Run back through the cave hugging the left wall to find the door it opens. Inside, you’ll fight a level 17 Mad Kiyan who drops these diagrams upon death.
