Mode of Attack: Fires special liquid nitrogen (LN) crystals that shatter upon impact to slow the movement speed of enemies in the area of effect.

An experimental weapon with ammo of special crystal rounds filled with liquid nitrogen (LN). The ammo would shatter upon impact, spilling its freezing contents onto the enemy to apply frostbite that impedes their movements.
