Captain Sims has requested I go to the Protocol prison in Skethermoor and speak to a prisoner there, Dr Garrow. While I’m there on his orders the Protocol in Skethermoor will let me pass, unless I attack them. He wants to know how she is bypassing their electronic security, and believes she’s more likely to talk to an outsider about it.
