Starlight Shards is a consumable item that replenishes 2 FP per second, healing a total of 120 FP and lasts for 60 seconds. Starlight Shards can be traded for Spirit Ashes with Preceptor Seluvis.

An ephemeral sliver that gives off a pale blue glow. What remains of a passing flash of starlight. Use to gradually recover FP. A prized item that was once used in the Eternal City as an ingredient in intoxicating draughts.

- Can be found on an altar by the cliff, in Weeping Peninsula.
- 10x Starlight Shards can be found around the Site of Grace at the center of the Cathedral of Manus Celes and 1 more at the cliff nearby.
