Location
- The Carian Filigreed Crest can be purchased from War Counselor Iji during Blaidd’s questline.
- After killing Bloodhound Knight Darriwil for Blaidd, the player can inform War Counselor Iji that Blaidd sent them. Iji will then begin stocking the item.
- Can also be bought from Twin Maiden Husks at the Roundtable Hold after offering Iji’s Bell Bearing.
