Nepheli moves to the Roundtable Hold after defeating Godrick, and you can find her at the northeast side, inside the library. Simply speak to her and she’ll giv you the talisman.

Descend carefully and the talisman is found on a corpse in the center.

From here, jump to the ledge to the southeast and then jump down to the rooftops. You’ll see a broken pillar to the northeast which you can climb up to reach another ledge, then follow this around to the northeast-north. Here you’ll find a ladder which leads to the top of the tower where the Claw Talisman is located.

One door leads into the Leyndell Catacomb site of grace.
From the Leyndell Catacomb site of grace, head into the catacomb until you find a room with the flame-blowing stone imp column. Make your way into the room with the column, and hit it to make it rise up or lower down, then ride it up into a room with a giant enemy. The talisman is on a corpse behind it.

In Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree: From the Drainage Channel Site of Grace. Through the East door, follow the tree roots to your left. Once you reach the mushrooms, jump to the structure below, move forward and reach for the other root on your left. Ahead lies a structure like the one before. Descend to it and move upwards. The roots at the uppermost part of the structure will lead you to a roof with a hole on it, descending to the wooden beam and then to the floor you’ll encounter a chest. That chest contains the Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman.

Head north along the bridge here until you reach the next elevator, then take this down to Leyndell, Ashen Capital. The tree spirit will erupt from the ash dunes when you step on them, but you can run by it to locate the talisman on the branch if you don’t want to fight it now.

To do this you must progress Millicent’s quest to where she spawns after defeating the Godskin Apostle at Windmill Village. From here you can kill her and then return to Gowry where he is crying and kill him for the Talisman.
Completing Millicent’s entire quest line by slaying or helping her at the end will also put Gowry in the “crying” state.

Underground Crypt in Stormveil Castle: The easiest way to reach the Prince of Death’s Pustule is from the Rampart Tower Site of Grace. Head northeast and jump down to the rooftops below, then look to the southeast and walk onto the lone pillar beneath the roof. From this pillar you can sprint onto the nearby ledge, then take the ladder down to the Underground Crypt where the Ulcerated Tree Spirit dwells. If you haven’t defeated it yet it will attack you as soon as you hit the ground, but you should have enough time to snag the Talisman and head back up the ladder before it reaches you.

After entering the fort up the steps from the northwest, take the ladder up the tower until you reach the top of the ramparts. Turn southwest from here beyond the hanged soldiers, then jump down the hole in the ground. You’ll need to avoid some large rats in this room as you locate another hole in the ground, then jump down it to find a corpse which contains the Radagon’s Soreseal talisman.
