Location
- Flock’s Canvas Talisman can be obtained as a drop from Gowry after you kill him as long as he is crying about Millicent’s death. To do this you must progress Millicent’s quest to where she spawns after defeating the Godskin Apostle at Windmill Village. From here you can kill her and then return to Gowry where he is crying and kill him for the Talisman.
- Completing Millicent’s entire quest line by slaying or helping her at the end will also put Gowry in the “crying” state.

- Increases potency of incantations by 8%.
- Stacks multiplicatively with other incantation buffs (e.g Canvas talisman, Scorpion Charm and Shrouded Tear gives +45% damage instead of +40%).
