The Smithing Stone [7] is a rare/uncommon Upgrade Material. It is used to upgrade greater levels of equipment.
Lore
Stone used to smith a variey of armaments. Found in a polar region, it is semi-vitrified. Strenthens armaments up to +21. Thought to have been used to hone the weapons of the champions of the War against the Giants at the birth of the Erdtree.
Location
- One can be looted from Guardian’s Garrison in Mountaintops of Giants. On the upper ramparts of the fort, guarded by a Flame Guardian.
- 5X are dropped by the Fallingstar Beast boss at the end of the Sellia Crystal Tunnel upon defeat.
- Found on a corpse at the bottom of the waterfall in Grand Cloister. A huge grotesque creature will ambush you when you pick up the item.
