The Federal Ration Stockpile is a location in the Commonwealth in the year 2287, encountered in the video game Fallout 4.

Constructed by the United States government before the Great War, the stockpile was designed to secure food supplies in crisis situations. Security measures included strict identification protocols for all personnel. However, the discovery of a hidden tunnel compromised the facility’s security, leading to its capture by raiders led by Red Tourette post-War.

Previously controlled by the U.S. government and military, the site is currently occupied by raiders.

The stockpile consists of an above-ground section with deteriorated shacks and an underground bunker. The underground area, accessed through a secure door requiring a password, includes a main storage section and Red Tourette’s personal quarters. An alternate entrance is available via the Lonely Chapel.

The stockpile is home to approximately ten raiders, including their leader, Red Tourette.

While the stockpile itself does not house creatures, nearby areas feature a behemoth and potentially other hostiles dependent on the player’s level.

The location’s editor ID (POIJoel01) suggests it was designed by Joel Burgess, a level designer for the game.

Federal Supply Cache 84NE is situated in the harsh terrain of the Glowing Sea, this small bunker is fortified with two turrets and two spotlights outside.

• A circuit breaker next to a ham radio inside the bunker can activate the defense mechanisms.
• An Expert-locked terminal grants access to a small storage room, which houses a weapons workbench and several containers.

• Players can find a Nuka-Cherry on the ground behind the bed in the northwest corner of the barracks room.

The cache, identified by its editor ID (GlowingSeaPOIJS01), was created by level designer Justin Schram.

Listening Post Bravo is a location situated in the Commonwealth, serving originally as a radio listening bunker for the U.S. Military. It was primarily designed to monitor radio frequencies for potential threats.

Before the nuclear devastation, Sergeant J.P. Renkse was stationed at Listening Post Bravo, enduring a month-long stay. He reported peculiar occurrences such as hearing strange words over the radio and banging inside a locked-down elevator, which were dismissed as auditory hallucinations by his comrades. By 2287, under Paladin Danse’s orders, Scribe Haylen identified the post as a fallback point for Recon Squad Gladius, should they lose control of the Cambridge Police Station.

Exterior:
The entrance is guarded by two pre-War turrets and a Protectron. An Advanced-locked security gate secures access to a tool case and leveled ammo. Inside, a military skeleton lies next to a Master-level wall terminal, which, when activated, enables access to the bunker.

Interior:
The interior houses two potentially destroyed Protectrons, an offline turret, and workbenches for armor and weapons. A monitoring terminal allows activation and hacking of the turret. Upon entering, a yao guai from an adjacent cave is likely to attack. Further exploration reveals a breach into another room containing a steamer trunk.

The primary inhabitants include yao guai and remnants of military personnel. Following the events of “Blind Betrayal,” Paladin Danse may make the bunker his new home, customizing it with additional fixtures.

• Listening Post Bravo becomes Paladin Danse’s residence if he survives “Blind Betrayal,” where he begins building and modifying the bunker.
• The underground cave houses a yao guai but lacks a direct entrance aside from the locked lift.

• The terminal underground contains references to the Swedish heavy metal band Katatonia, with one log entry quoting lyrics from their album “Dead End Kings.” This reference was incorporated by quest designer Alan Nanes, who also included a Katatonia reference in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
