How to get Fashionista in Sons of the Forest

That item confused us for a while because people got the achievement but not through legitimate means. We've just added it to the list; now it is in the game as of the first major EA patch.
It's inside the abandoned helicopter near the road east of the lake with the island. You can find this lake very close to the Food Bunker.
