Raw Meat

Description

You can loot Raw Meat from most creatures in Sons of the Forest. It can be eaten raw to replenish some hunger, but you’re at risk of becoming ill if you eat too much of it, which can reduce your health and stamina. You should try to cook it on a fire wherever possible to avoid being ill. It will also replenish more hunger if you cook the meat first.
