It seems Tommy headed to a place called the Forbidden Area in the Wasteland and never came back. Go there and try to find him.

Brute has emerged from the darkness of the Forbidden Area. Defeat him.

The battle has ended. Retrieve Scavenger Tommys Memorystick.

Return to Xion and deliver the Memorystick to Cyrus.
Synopsis
Cyrus is standing near the entrance of The Last Gulp, where the melodies of the songs help him relax.
When asked, he tells a story about his partner who went to the Forbidden Area for a job and never returned. It is a treacherous place where a Naytiba’s roar can be heard echoing from the depths.
EVE descends into the underground hollow of the Wasteland and fights a fierce battle with the Naytiba lurking in the shadows.
EVE defeats the Naytiba and retrieves Tommy’s Memorystick, as well as his will recorded in his memory before his death. She gives it to Cyrus, who cries and wonders if money can have any value when Tommy is dead. Then, he says he will return to the market and carry out his friend’s will.
Many Scavengers go on journeys from which they never return. The extreme dangers that come with great rewards are nothing but an accepted part of their daily lives.
