Hope this message finds you well.

I managed to drink one of the hag’s men under the table, then made him talk, then loaded his overcoat with rocks and took him for a swim.

The next transport will set out tomorrow at dawn. Lots of soldiers, but they’ll be burdened like pack mules. Act swift, and they won’t even have the time to draw their weapons.

Don’t leave any traces. We don’t want the boyaress on our trail.
