I hereby authorise you to commandeer five carts, to be used for blood transports. The carts currently in use are in dire need of repairs due to constant use. I take this opportunity to remind you that blood collection and distrubution is the cornerstone of the vrakhiri’s blessed rule and no effort shall be spared in ensuring that these operations are performed conscientiously and in a timely manner.
