Collect the Note To Frank from the desk.

Where To Find The Note From Frank

Progress through the game until you reach the High School Escape portion of Bill’s Town. Eventually you’ll reach a garage that contains a working vehicle, but before you push the car outside, head into the room to find the Note From Frank sitting on a desk. Give it to Bill and he’ll throw it on the floor, so pick it back up and you’ll obtain the In Memorium Trophy.
