Use a spin attack to stun and defeat it.
A fish with a large, bulging head, which it uses to ram its prey. If one sees you, it’ll turn red and charge head-first towards you. If it misses and rams into the wall, it’ll be stunned for a long time.

How to Defeat¶
You can wait for a Cranioc to stun itself or stun it yourself by performing an underwater spin attack. Once it’s stunned, you can finish it off with another spin attack.
Meanwhile, if you’re on a boat, the cannon will make short work of them.
