Pufferfish-like monsters that can enlarge their bodies, causing spikes to appear. They can float in the air or underwater. When their body receives shock, they’ll explode.

How to Defeat¶
When they’re above ground, use the Gust Bellows to blow them into a wall or obstacle. Meanwhile, to deal with them underwater, perform a spin attack. The explosion from a Froak can destroy boulders and cracked walls, like a bomb.
