Atmus

In-game Description

Located inside the Emergency Shelter at Lookout Landing. Speak with Atmus to learn more about the locals and the surrounding towns and villages. He works with the monster-control crew. They are tasked with protecting everyone from monsters. There’s been an uptick in their populations since the Upheaval. Alas he is not that skilled at combat, so he uses his knowledge of areas to help determine where they should make deployments.
