Jochi-ihiga Shrine

The sky crystal is located at Tarrey Town.

Specifically you must complete the Rock for Sale shrine quest.

After obtaining the sky crystal, you can attach it to the rail cart using Ultrahand and take it to the Hudson Construction Site.

There, we suggest creating a flying machine using a Wing, Fans and Rockets and attach the sky crystal onto it.
