Rutafu-um Shrine
Description
The 
Rutafu-um Shrine can be found inside the 
Hebra Mountains Northwest Cave. The crystal for the shrine is located in the center of the water opposite, and you’ll need to build a bridge using the nearby wooden materials to reach the crystal with 
Ultrahand. You can then place it at the shrine to activate it.

Located at the back of Hebra Mountains Northwest Cave.
You need to use Ultrahand to collect the crystal from the center of the nearby pond, but you’ll need to use the wings looted from the chest contained within the nearby ice block to reach it. You can melt the ice block with a source of fire, such as 
Fire Fruit.
Once you have the wings, attach them using Ultrahand and create a bridge to the center so that you can reach the crystal.
